One day in the park... Me and my friend Francisco talk about...

Alex: Hello Francisco! How are you?
Francisco: Hi Alex. I´m very fine thanks.
Alex: Is that your house?
Francisco: No it isn´t. It´s that one
Alex: wow it´s very nice and big!
Francisco: And those are my grandparents´s houses.
Alex: I like it! Lets go to the park.
Francisco:Sure.
Alex: Let's take seat in these bankings
Francisco: no, I prefer this one.
Alex: mmm, Ok.
Francisco: Look those kids playing with that dog.
Alex: Yeah. they are having fun.
Francisco: It´s getting late Alex and I have to clean my room. 
Alex: Really? 
Francisco: yeah.
Alex: Ok bye. I will take this way.
Francisco: Me too. Bye

 A conversation on a phone....

Alex: Hello.
Cristina: Hello, Alex.
Alex: Hi, Cristina. How are you?
Cristina: I’m pretty good. How about you?
Alex: I’m fine. Where are you now?
Cristina: I’m near Central Park. Where are you?
Alex: I’m on my house. I’m going to the school. What are you doing?
Cristina: I’m just doing some shopping. Do you want to meet for coffee?
Alex: Yeah. That’s a good idea.. Where shall we meet?
Cristina: Let’s meet at "La tradicion"?
Alex: What’s that?
Cristina: You know! It’s the big coffee shop and restaurant near Central Park.
Alex: Oh, yeah, I remember. When shall we meet?
Cristina: I’ll meet you in twenty minutes. Is that ok?
Alex: No, I need more time. How about I meet you in half an hour?
Cristina: Ok. What time is it now?
Alex: It’s two fifteen.
Cristina: Ok. I’ll see you in "La tradicion" at two forty-five.
Alex: Cya.

For dates:
2011 = Twenty eleven
1547 = fifteen forty seven

How To Greet (Como Saludar).

The form of greeting depends on the time of day:
Time: 6 - 11:59 A.M -> So we say "Good Morning".
Time: 12:00 P.M ->  We say "Good Noon".
Time: 12:01 - 6:00 P.M ->  we say "Good Afternoon". 
Time: 6:00 - 7:00  P.M ->  we say "Good Evening".
Time:  7:00 P.M+  ->  we say "Good Night". (Buenas noches generalmente se refiere a cuando decimos "hasta mañana, cuando vamos a dormir =)"
